Cancellation Policy

As a small business we thank you for valuing our time in the same way we value yours.

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This policy allows us enough time to offer your appointment to someone else who may need it, as well as to cover our costs if you are unable to attend at short notice.

We send out automated reminder texts 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can confirm by simply replying “YES” to this text.
If you are feeling unwell, or need to change your appointment please contact us on +61 422 483 865 as soon as possible to reschedule.
 

Our standard late cancellation fees* are as follows:

  • $25 for any changes made between 8 - 24 hours before your appointment.

    • Notice needs to be made before 7pm of the day prior to fall within this zone.

  • 50% of the cost of the appointment for sessions cancelled less than 8 hours before the appointment.

  • 100% of the cost of the session if you fail to attend without notice.

* These apply to all clients including Worker's Comp, ICWA, NDIS & Medicare. If your funding body does not cover late cancellation fees please be aware that you will be responsible for paying them privately. You will also be unable to claim cancellation fees on private health.

Emergencies and illness

We understand that emergencies and on the day illness happens. In these instances we ask you contact us as early as possible via text or phone call.

We will generally waive fees if we are able to reschedule you within 24 hours, or as soon as reasonable with emergencies and illness. If you choose to cancel, either immediately or the future rescheduled appointment, the cancellation fee according to our policy will be charged.

Our own commitment to this policy

In the same way if there is illness or an emergency on our side and your Physio needs to reschedule, we will offer the same courtesy and let you know as soon as possible. We will also aim to offer you an appointment with another one of our Physio team within 24 (workday) hours of your appointment.

If we are unable to do this then the policy will apply in reverse in accordance with the above and we will discount your next session to the same value as our cancellation fees.
