We know how difficulty it is to get the flexibility needed for your straddle and we would love to show you how to improve these things without putting your body at risk in the long run.
We regularly work with Gymnasts, Handbalancing, Circus & Calisthenics athletes. With a current Elite Gymnast and Gymnastics Coach being a part of our team we have specific experience and insight into all the injuries associated with this kind of training. We are also in a unique position to help you with the small little tweaks and changes that will not only help with injuries, but also help with your performance in your sport.
