Workshops and Classes for Corporate Offices and Industries
We offer a range of workshops and educational sessions for workplaces designed to improve stress management, pain and injury risks in office and industrial or trade workers.
Depending on you or your business’ needs these can be arrange ad hoc for wellbeing or occupational health and safety days, or on a more regular basis as part of your work health and safety plan.
We also offer Physiotherapy Early Intervention and Prevention Programs for individuals or small groups for employees who are injured, or at risk of injury and would like to avoid Worker’s Compensation claims. Click the button below for more information.

Movement and Wellbeing Class
A yoga style class that energises, moves and stretches, before flowing back down to calm the nervous system and manage the stress that can come from our busy lives.
Class
30 - 45min yoga inspired class designed to counteract the effects of sitting and sedentary postures at work, before flowing back down to calm the nervous system and manage the stress that can come from our busy lives.
We can bring equipment to you for up to 20 people, or you can come to us at any of our locations in West Perth, Osborne Park or Joondalup.
The class is not designed to make you sweat, but clothes that you can move in easily are recommended.
Demonstrates stretches to counteract sustained positions commonly seen in office workplaces, like sitting, typing and standing.
Focuses on the neck, back, hips and wrists / hands.
Education around stress management through breathing techniques and mindfulness.
Workplace Posture and Health Seminar
A hybrid seminar / workshop style session designed for office workers to help with pain, stiffness and stress associated with prolonged positions
Seminar (with a touch of practical)
30-60min educational presentation on posture and movement in the workplace
Educates on how stress, our fight and flight response and fatigue impacts our experience of pain
Teaches self management techniques to reduce postural related pain and stress in the workplace
Practical component to demonstrate office based exercises that can be done at the desk

Lift Stronger in the Workplace
Lifting stronger, and avoiding injuries associated with overloading the body in the workplace needs more than just a poster telling your team to “just bend their knees”.
This workshop helps your employees to understand lifting technique, but also the principles of strength and conditioning, recovery and how to know and respect their bodies and its limits to reduce their risks of injury and chronic pain.
