online Physio coaching & memberships

For those who need to progress their exercises every week, but don’t need a face-to-face appointment.

We can provide individualised, membership based online Physiotherapy programming for you to do outside of your face to face sessions which you can do at home, your own gym, or at any 3 of our locations.

  • This will be good for you if:

    • You need an exercise rehab program that is updated and progressed regularly as you improve, but you don’t necessarily need to see us face to face each time.

    • You already have a good understanding about training or have the support from another coach who we can liaise with.

    • You would like to have a bit more support and accountability while working through your exercises or rehab plan outside of face-to-face sessions.

    • You can sign up at any time once you have had an initial assessment and have been set up with a Physiapp treatment/exercise rehab plan.

    • If you live remotely the initial appointment can be an online (telehealth) consultation.

    • We use Physiapp for individualised injury rehabilitation programming, and Train Heroic for our more generic exercise programming or return to sports programs for those who don't have too many niggles or injuries!

    • To continue on this membership you will need to see us for a face-to-face or telehealth consultation at least once a month. These can be short (15min) online consultations or in clinic appointments.

    • Gym access at any of our locations for you to complete your program

    • Weekly check ins to keep you accountable and offer support.

    • More access to your Physiotherapist through our programming apps to answer questions outside of scheduled appointments.

  • Our online Physio programs and gym access is membership based and varies based on the number and complexity of sessions we program for you. Prices for each are outlined in the section below, but talk to your Physio about which option would best suit you.

    You have 2 options for payments:

    1. Subscription based where payments are charged to your card automatically until you cancel.
      An initial commitment of 4 weeks is required, after which you can cancel at anytime, contact your Physiotherapist or admin for help to do this.

    2. A prepayment of a minimum of $500 which is allocated weekly to your membership. This deposit can also be put towards Physio consultations and group classes and entitles you to 10% off face to face consultations and group sessions. Please note that a direct deposit / bank transfer is required for this.

    • If you have already had an assessment, either online or in person and have discussed online programming with your Physio you can sign up straight away via the buttons above the membership you would like to access.

    • If you have not had an initial consult you’ll need to first book an initial assessment, either online or face to face.

    • If you would like to use your prepaid deposit towards an online membership please contact admin or talk to your Physio.

    • We use the inbuilt messaging function in the apps (Physiapp or Train Heroic) to check in on you as well as discuss any questions or issues to do with your program and treatment plan.

    • You can contact admin via text or email to discuss any subscription or invoicing questions.

    • We also use our Formotion Business Whatsapp for general messaging and to send out general broadcast messages with important information (similar to email!).

      This allows us to reach everyone quickly especially if there is important information about the gyms.

      We would recommend downloading whatsapp if you don't already have it.


membership Pricing

ESSENTIALS - LEVEL 1:

$30 / Week

1 extensive rehab program or 2 shorter sessions per week.

Session may include a warm up, a circuit of rehab exercises and cool down exercises. In some cases you might repeat this same session 2-3x week.

This would be good for one injury or more simple issues, or if you would like an accessory or specific warm up program to use alongside your usual exercises.

This level would also cover very simple programming across a whole week, for example for very acute or chronic pain, or for small habit tracking where you might only do 1 - 2 exercises or activities each day, with the goal being consistency and accountability.

PLUS - LEVEL 2

$50 / Week

2 extensive rehab programs or 2 - 3 shorter sessions per week.

Sessions may include a warm up, a circuit of rehab exercises and cool down exercises. In some cases you might repeat the same session 2-3x week.

This would be good for 2 separate injuries, more general strength/balance/mobility training or if you just want or need more variation in your exercises each week.

This could also be used for basic or early return to sport or general exercise programs if you don’t require as much variation as LEVEL 3.

PREMIUM - LEVEL 3

$70 / Week

3 extensive rehab or exercise sessions per week. Sessions may include a warm up, a circuit of rehab exercises and cool down exercises.

This would suit multiple or complex injuries, full return to sport or training programs, or for those who like to have a complete and varied program in their week where they aren’t doing any other training programs.

For example this would be suitable for a CrossFit athlete or rugby player returning to competition after an injury where a lot of movements need to be covered.

Suitable for anyone needing some extra support and motivation for getting back into exercise after time off.


Gym Access

  • • Yes! As long as you are seeing us for Physiotherapy treatment and have a current subscription ($15 / week or an online Physio membership) you will be able to access the gyms.

    • You are also able to use this option if you have a current program with any of our partner coaches or gyms we work with. Get in touch for more info on this.

    • You can come in whenever there is a Physio or coach on premises. To book your session in please use the button above or follow this link: BOOK GYM SESSION

    • While it is not the end of the world if you don't book in your session, it does mean we can inform you of any opening hour changes as well as keep an eye out for safety purposes.

    • The opening hours vary across each location so please check before booking.

  • • There will certain times that a Physio will be onsite and able to supervise, however at times they may be with a client and unavailable for direct supervision.

    • When you sign up we will send you a message via our business Whatsapp which you can use for any quick questions or emergencies.

    • We also have a great relationship with the friendly and experienced coaches at each gym who will be able to help you with certain gym specific questions.

    • Please let us know if you would prefer to come in when a Physio is onsite and we can let you know what times these are.

  • You can sign up for basic gym access in the same way as our online Physio memberships.
