Sports and Musculoskeletal Injuries

Sports and musculoskeletal injury management are our main focus at Formotion Physio. Injuries and setbacks can be extremely frustrating when they get in the way of your training or general life.

As well as post surgery rehabilitation, if you know you will be needing surgery in the future we can also focus on "prehab", which can significantly reduce your recovery time after the surgery.

Most of these conditions and injuries can be managed through Physiotherapy intervention, however if we find you have something more serious, or not appropriate for Physiotherapy we can refer you on to the appropriate specialist.
